I placed a pre-order for some items with this company back in August. At first, I was a little hesitant after checking out the reviews here, but they had better prices than other places for what I needed, so I decided to give it a shot. They were supposed to arrive in September. Thanks to COVID, I received part of my order earlier than I thought, but the rest didn’t come until now in December. I searched around, and no other store seemed to have the product either. Their communication has been top-notch, though, offering me a full refund or exchange whenever I wanted since it wasn’t delivered on time. I could easily claim that through a link to customer service, plus I got regular emails keeping me in the loop about deliveries and timelines. My experience with Precious Little One has been totally different from what some of these reviews suggest.
